Background:
The school opened in 1968 as the first joint Anglican Methodist Aided School that serves the village of Brinscall near Chorley. The school's building has seven classrooms and library and a newly-opened ICT suite. The school has a strong tradition in the arts, with a large proportion of pupils taking advantage of instrumental tuition. Extra-curricular activities include choir, recorders, badminton, football, gym, squash and computer club. It is a Christian School serving its community by developing pupils with high self-esteem, an understanding of others and a thirst for learning.
